same Orchestra) graduating with a master’s in performance with
full marks first and additionally with a master’s in advanced
performance in 2009 playing the Martinu oboe concerto.
A very important person to mention in his life was the Czech
Violinist Peter Rybar (former Concertmaster of the Musikkollegium
Winterthur and in the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande), whose
friendship and musical expertise made a big difference.
Other musical influences include Django Reinhardt (whose music
convinced Davide to begin playing the guitar as well), Joe Zawinul
